Cancellation Policy

All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing by email. Requests are effective on the date received by Boardwalk Human Resources Consulting.

Cancellations received 30 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price, less any non-refundable payment-processing fees.

Cancellations received 14–29 days before the event are eligible for either a 50% refund to the original payment method or a 100% credit toward a future Boardwalk event.

Cancellations received 0–13 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.

Seats may be transferred to another qualified CEO, founder, C-suite leader, or senior operator with prior written approval from Boardwalk Human Resources Consulting.

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

No-Show Policy

Guests who do not attend and do not provide written notice before the event will forfeit the full ticket amount. At its sole discretion, Boardwalk Human Resources Consulting may offer a partial credit toward a future event.

Event Cancellation by Organizer

If Boardwalk Human Resources Consulting cancels the event, registered guests may choose a full refund or full credit toward a future Boardwalk event.

If the event is postponed, tickets will transfer to the new date. Guests who cannot attend may request a full refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.

Boardwalk may cancel, postpone, or modify the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, venue closure, speaker emergency, government action, or other force-majeure events. In these cases, liability is limited to ticket fees paid. Boardwalk is not responsible for travel, lodging, lost business opportunity, or other related expenses.
