Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales are final. Due to the limited number of seats and the curated nature of this event, we are unable to offer refunds once a registration is completed. If a registered guest is unable to attend, the following options are available:

Transfer to Another Executive
A registered attendee may transfer their seat to another CEO or senior leader within their organization at no additional cost. All transfers must be requested in writing at least 7 days before the event.

Credit Toward a Future Event
If a guest cannot attend and does not wish to transfer their seat, they may request a credit equal to 50 percent of their ticket price to be applied to a future Boardwalk event within 12 months. Credits must be requested at least 14 days before the event.

No Show Policy

Guests who do not attend and do not provide notice will forfeit the full ticket amount.

Event Cancellation by Organizer
If the event is postponed or canceled by Boardwalk Human Resources Consulting, all registered guests will receive the option of a full refund or a full credit toward a future event.
